License
Agreement
By installing this software you are agreeing to the “single-user”
license terms. Under this license,
the software is treated as either a “personal” installation or an
“instrument” installation:
- A personal license
One
person is allowed to install the software on multiple computers (e.g. laptop,
desktop, etc.) providing that he or she is the only user of the software.
Personal licenses are not transferrable.
- An instrument license
The
software can be installed on a single, public computer (e.g. a computer
attached to a measuring system) and multiple people can use the software on
that computer. Instrument licenses
can be moved to another computer provided that the original copy is deleted.

64-bit system running Windows 7 (Service Pack 1), Windows 8, 8.1, 10 or later.

Notes for Windows 7 Users:
To determine if
Windows 7 has Service Pack 1 installed.
Chose “Start Menu” and right-click
“Computer”. Look at
“Properties”. The
“Windows Edition” section should indicate “Service Pack
1”.

7’s Service Pack 1 is “windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe” and is
available at
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5842
NOTE: On some
Windows 7 systems, the installer will indicate the need for .NET 4.6 however it
will take you to the .NET 4.5 (not 4.6) webpage. In these cases, you should.
1. Proceed
with the installation of .NET 4.5
2. Download
and install .NET 4.6 from:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48137
NOTE: You may
receive the message: “The program can start because “api-ms...dll” is
missing” or you may get an error “MSVCP140.dll” is
missing. This means you need a
required Microsoft runtime library.
