The K Parameters (Rk surface texture parameters) are derived from the material ratio curve.
Rpk, the Reduced Peak Height, lets us analyze the peak regions of the roughness profile separate from the valley and core regions. The same calculation can be applied to the primary profile to obtain the Ppk parameter.
