This dataset includes a wear region on a spherical surface. Typically it would be challenging to measure the depth of this wear scar, because it blends into the overall curvature of the sphere. But the Wear Analysis tool in OmniSurf3D lets you precisely define reference and wear regions, to calculate key parameters such as wear depth and wear volume.
