This segment of the edge of a 2 Euro coin includes an interesting star shape embedded in the edge of the coin.
Try removing cylindrical form (Analysis Settings > Geometry/Form) and displaying the Wavelength Content graph to reveal the periodic pattern.
Measured with a Zygo ZeGage Plus, 10x objective (desampled).
