Mold-Tech Plastic Surface Textures – Fine (19 Datasets)

Mold Tech is a collection of surface finishes for injection molded components, including geometric, organic, and natural patterned textures. A Mold Tech Texture Book (MT Texture Book), like the one below, contains “plaques” as samples of these textures:

These finer Mold-Tech datasets were measured with a Zygo ZeGage optical profiler. Other datasets in the series, which consist of larger features, could also be measured with a GelSight Tactile Sensing system.

Measured via Zygo ZeGage Plus (10X), 2X desampling
